Chapters 3&4

   In chapter 3 the reading consisted of competitive advantage and the financial side of starting your own business. To me competitive advantage in business is very similar to sports. They are similar in ways like you can only be as good as you're weakest link and to be the best you have to beat the best. Financial side of starting your business was pretty simple because I have taken accounting so it's easy to understand. Chapter 4 likewise consisted of the research side of the business. It gave an outline of primary research like going out and finding your own stats and research and then secondary research which uses indirect ways of finding information for your business. Research is very key as well, it is like doing doing a scouting report in sports. You will be better prepared and well organized for your task at hand.

Chapters 1&2

         In these two chapters I found the true meaning of an entrepreneur and what exactly drives them. They are self motivated, hard working, and creative people. They are also very good at seeing opportunity in places people often find to be problems. This struck a cord with me because these qualities are also good for people of all kinds, not just an entrepreneur. I also found an entrepreneur's work load and free time beneficial and something that I would possibly like to do when I have the capacity to do so.
